Dr. Antonio Vasquez has been in private practice since 2006. Dr. Vasquez has extensive experience with complicated contact lens fits including soft and rigid bifocal lens designs. He manages patients with ocular disease including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. A true family practice optometrist, Dr. Vasquez examines toddlers and infants as young as six months. Dr. Antonio Vasquez is a graduate of The University of Houston College of Optometry in Houston Tx. As part of his training, he externed in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Houston OD/MED department. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Brownsville. He is a graduate of Rivera High School in Brownsville, TX.
